About the Open Campus

Do I need to make a reservation if I want to attend an open campus or school tour?
:

Generally, reservations are required, but you can also join on the day.

However, if you are participating in an event, there may be a limit to the number of participants, so if you contact us in advance, we will be sure to be able to participate in the event.

Also, when you tour the school, we will guide you so that you can see the classes you want to see are being taught, so it would be a good idea to contact us in advance.

Please see our Open Campus page for more details.

Do I have to wear a uniform to the open campus? Is there anything I need to bring?
:

There are no specific dress regulations.

You can wear casual clothes or a uniform.

There is nothing to bring with you, so just come and join us!

Can parents/guardians attend the open campus event?
:
Please come and join us! We will also be holding a separate information session for parents.
I can't make it to the open campus dates, but can I still visit the school on a weekday?
:
If you contact us in advance by phone or email, we can provide you with an explanation of the school and facilities.
Is it okay to attend the open campus by myself?
:
There are many people who participate alone, so don't worry. Teachers and current students will be there to help you, so feel free to participate and ask any questions you may have.
Can first and second year high school students participate?
:
Many first and second year high school students participate in the open campus every year, so please feel free to join us. If you visit various schools during your first and second year, it will be useful for your further education.
I am a working adult or a university student who has already graduated from high school. Can I participate in the open campus?
:
We always accept participation from working adults and university students, and although we have a large number of high school graduates, there are also current students who are working adults or former university students and are enjoying their school life. Please come and participate in our open campus to see if it is the right school for you.
Can I attend the open campus multiple times?
:
It's okay to participate as many times as you like. Some people have applied after participating only once, while others have participated more than 10 times. We offer a variety of trial experiences, so if you are unable to resolve your concerns the first time, please participate as many times as you like to find a school that suits you.
I made a reservation in advance, but I can't attend on the day. What should I do?
:
Yes, please call the school. We also hold open campus events on other dates, so please make a reservation for another date. If you wish to cancel in advance, you can also cancel using this form.
Can friends or parents join in on short notice?
:
If you have time before the day, we would appreciate it if you could contact the school in advance.
I would like to cancel or change my application.
:

Please contact the school by phone. Alternatively, you can use the contact form below to cancel an event you have registered for.

Is it okay for only a parent or guardian to attend and not the child themselves?
:
Parents can also attend on their own. Information sessions for parents are also held.
Can I participate by bicycle or car?
:
Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot at our school, so you may come by bicycle or car if you can park in a nearby parking lot.
