After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Kyoto University, he joined CyberAgent. He is responsible for recruiting and training new graduates. In 2019, he started the engineering school "TechTrain" and has supported the careers of approximately 10,000 engineers. His nickname is Ozamasa.

At the preparatory school, he taught physics, mathematics, and information. After that, he joined Sanko Gakuen. After working as a UIUX designer at a game company for over seven years, he moved to a consulting company and then worked as a freelancer. In 2024, he will be in his third year as an independent developer, and is currently involved in a wide range of work, including app UI design, websites for small and medium-sized enterprises, and PR tool production.
