Hotel Management
ホテルのサービス面だけでなく、マネジメントの観点からホテルを学び、企業が求める即戦力を目指します。
Entertainment Practice
カクテルの知識を中心にバーテンダーとして必要な知識を学びます。またホテル見学や婚礼アテンドの知識習得や実践も行います。
Restaurant Service Exercise
ホテルに就職する上で重要なレストランサービスの業務を実際のホテルレストランさながらの施設で実践を通して学びます。
Cocktail competition
一人ひとりがオリジナルカクテルを作り、カクテルの品質やテーマとの整合性などを競います。審査員はコンテストでも入賞経験が多数ある第一線で活躍しているバーテンダーが務めます。
Tourism English
ホテルを利用するお客さまとの会話を想定した英会話を実践します。

ホテル経営を学び数字に強くなる「ホテルマネジメント」や、料理の出し方や言葉使いを学ぶ「レストランサービス」などがあります。授業を通して「ホテル・マネジメント技能検定」「レストランサービス技能検定」の2つの国家検定の取得を目指せることがホテルコースの魅力です！
