A wedding is a time to express heartfelt gratitude to the important guests who have supported the couple. Formal occasions at prestigious hotels require attentive service, excellent customer service manners, and heartfelt hospitality. This course teaches the basics of hotel operations and the spirit of hospitality. The curriculum is also well-rounded, with the aim of helping participants pass the national certification exam and the restaurant service skills exam.

ブライダル部門だけでなく、社会で役立つ基礎知識や一般常識も解説。どの分野でも役立つ販売テクニックの演習も交えて行っていきます。
Hotel Planning
ホテルならではの演出、披露宴会場をまとめるキャプテンの動きなどを学びます。先生の現場経験談は、演出の引き出しを増やす機会に。
Bridal Project
本物の結婚式をプロデュース。新郎新婦様のご要望に沿って、オリジナルの式を創ります。
