In the first year, the fee will be the admission fee + tuition fee + facility and equipment fee + teaching materials and practical training fee, etc. In the second year, the fee will be the total of tuition fee + facility and equipment fee + teaching materials and practical training fee excluding the admission fee. Can I pay tuition fees in installments?
Of course you can.
For details, please check the school's recruitment requirements.
I am having difficulty paying my tuition fees…
Can I apply for a scholarship?
Don't worry. An information session will be held in early April after you enroll. However, you can be more sure of getting a scholarship if you apply for the "reserved scholarship system" while you are still in high school.
Could you please tell me how to apply for a scholarship?
My high school has made a reservation for a scholarship, but what are the procedures after that?
For those who have already made a reservation at their high school, the procedure will be completed after you enroll in April, so please keep all documents you have on hand until April.
Please tell us more about the scholarship recipients.
Could you please tell me about the criteria for scholarship students?
Since the evaluation will include an interview, we cannot give you a clear set of criteria.
If I am not accepted in the scholarship exam, do I have to take the recommendation exam again?
What is the level of the scholarship written exam?
Could you please tell me more about the scholarship program?
What is the difference between Type 1, Type 2, and Grant-type scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization?
When applying, you can choose either the fixed interest rate method or the interest rate adjustment method. The interest rate for either method is capped at 3.0% per year.
When is the application period for the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship?
You can apply for loan-type scholarships either before or after enrollment. However, if you apply after enrollment, there is a limit to the number of students who can be accepted, so we recommend that you apply for a "reservation" scholarship (applying before enrollment) offered by your high school.
Reserved acceptance is a system in which you reserve a scholarship before enrolling. Please apply at the scholarship office of the school you are currently attending (or were attending) in the year before you plan to proceed to higher education. You can apply even if you have not yet decided where you will go to higher education.
For information about grant-type scholarships, please check with the high school you are attending (or were attending).
Can I pay tuition fees in installments?
The general rule is to make a lump sum payment, but it is possible to make two installments, one for the first half and one for the second half.
If you use the Sanko Gakuen Initial Cost Reduction & Tuition Payment Installment System, you can pay in installments of 100,000 yen per month. This system is only available to a limited number of people, so please see Sanko Gakuen Initial Cost Reduction & Tuition Payment Installment System for more information.
Can I still enroll even if I don't have a large amount of money at the moment?
You can enroll if you take out a national educational loan, Sanko Gakuen affiliated educational loan, or a loan from a variety of banks, and prepare the first year's payment.
Loan screening takes time, so if you are interested, please apply as soon as possible. There are also loans that can be used together with scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization.
For more information, please contact the relevant loan contact points.
