Transportation expense subsidy system

We will subsidize a portion of your travel expenses when you attend an open campus event. The amount of the travel subsidy varies depending on the area you are visiting.

Advance reservations required (by 17:00 the day before the event)

Location: 4-375-1 Sakuragicho, Omiya-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture

Target Audience

  • Third-year high school students (those expected to graduate in March 2027)
  • Second-year high school student (expected to graduate in March 2028)
  • First-year high school students (those expected to graduate in March 2029)
  • Those considering returning to school (working adults, part-time workers, university students)
  • international student

Target period

Open campus and other events will be held between March 1, 2026 (Sun) and March 31, 2027 (Wed)

Subsidy amount

The amount of travel assistance will vary depending on the area you are visiting.

    *High school students must bring their student ID.

There are five ways to apply:

5. Direct booking

You can make reservations directly with faculty and staff for consultation sessions, events, etc. Please feel free to contact us.

Note

* Subsidies will be provided up to one time per person during the period.

*You can receive your payment using the "ATM Receipt" service provided by Seven Payment Services Co., Ltd.

*Only applicable to the person participating. Parents/guardians are not eligible.

*Transportation expenses will also be subsidized for accompanying friends. (Only for first-time visitors. Friends do not need to apply.)

* Generally, we will provide assistance to all eligible students, but please note that we may not be able to provide assistance to students who are significantly late or leave early.

*Those who come by car are also eligible for the subsidy.

*If you participate in an event such as an open campus at a sister school on the same day, you will only be able to use the facilities of the first school you attend.
