Transportation expense subsidy system
We will subsidize a portion of your travel expenses when you attend an open campus event. The amount of the travel subsidy varies depending on the area you are visiting.
Omiya Venue: Advance reservations required (by 17:00 the day before the event)
Location: 4-375-1 Sakuragicho, Omiya-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture
Target Audience
- Third-year high school students (expected to graduate in March 2026)
- Second year high school student (expected to graduate in March 2027)
- First year high school student (expected to graduate in March 2028)
- Those considering returning to school (working adults, part-time workers, university students) and international students
Target period
Saturday, March 1, 2025 to Tuesday, March 31, 2026
Subsidy amount
The amount of travel assistance will vary depending on the area you are visiting.

- Saitama Prefecture/Tokyo Prefecture/Chiba Prefecture/Kanagawa Prefecture
- 1,000 yen
- Ibaraki Prefecture
- 2,000 yen
- Gunma Prefecture/Tochigi Prefecture/Yamanashi Prefecture
- 3,000 yen
- Other prefectures
- 10,000 yen

What to bring
- Identification card (student ID, driver's license, etc.)
*High school students must bring their student ID.
How to apply
There are five ways to apply:

Please apply together with your event reservation.
2. Make a reservation via LINE
Please send a message saying "Transportation assistance."
3. Make a reservation by email

You can make reservations directly with faculty and staff for consultation sessions, events, etc. Please feel free to contact us.

※参加されるご本人に交通費の一部を補助します。前日までにお申し込みされた方が対象です。
※オープンキャンパス・学校見学とは別途お申し込みが必要です。
※オープンキャンパス・学校見学終了時にクオカードにてお渡しします。遅刻・早退される方は補助されない場合がありますのでご了承ください。
※学生証がない場合には交通費補助の適用となりませんのでご注意ください。
※同日、または連日で姉妹校に来校の場合は、最初に参加した1校のみのご利用となります。
