Sachi Omata,School Counselor
Are you worried alone and unable to talk to anyone?
The counselling room is here for you.
Worries can be a message to help you grow, but when you are shut up in the dark room of your heart and cannot see the exit, you may get more lost and confused. However, in reality, even though you don't realize it, you are often hoping to open a new door to your heart.
Counseling can be thought of as a spiritual journey for two, where we walk together on a path to problem-solving that is unique to each individual, and discover a new "key" to open the door. Counselors, working separately from the school's faculty and staff, will listen to your various anxieties and problems at school, at home, with friends and acquaintances, etc. This may be an encounter that will help you realize that behind your worries lies the power to live a better life. Please feel free to take advantage of counseling.
