Founded in 1986 in Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, we train medical office staff, medical record managers, registered pharmaceutical sales representatives, childcare workers, kindergarten teachers, dental hygienists, web designers, and more.
We are proud of our high achievement in obtaining qualifications and our high employment rate. Our students can obtain up to 17 different qualifications. Furthermore, our pass rate is higher than the national average. We have maintained a high employment rate of 100% for over six years.
This achievement is supported by our unique educational system, in which one teacher provides consistent instruction from enrollment to employment. Another attractive feature is the caring and personal guidance provided by our experienced, veteran instructors and homeroom staff, who care for each and every student.
In addition to studying to obtain qualifications and find employment, this school is full of events that allow you to enjoy student life to the fullest, making it a fun place to learn and to find a stable job.

Educational philosophy: "Harmony of skills and mind"

Sanko Gakuen has been in operation for over 40 years since its opening in 1985.
We have developed our education based on the educational philosophy of "harmony between skills and mind."

Here, with the goal of producing many professionals who are beneficial to society, we define a beneficial professional as someone who has sufficient specialized knowledge and skills, who continues to research and refine their skills on a daily basis in order to flexibly respond to an ever-changing society, and who has a firmly established sense of mission as a professional, and we are committed to providing an education that fosters rich-hearted humanity.

Our school also upholds the educational philosophy of "harmony between skills and heart," and we believe that by not only studying knowledge and techniques but also providing an education that enhances humanity, we can produce talented people who will truly contribute to society.

Educational philosophy: Harmony of skills and mind
We aim to develop strong and resilient human resources.

Medical vocational schools, including Tokyo Medical Secretary, Dental Hygiene & IT College, have produced 82,336 graduates working in the fields of medicine, welfare, and childcare. Under the educational philosophy of "harmony between skills and mind," students acquire specialized knowledge and obtain numerous qualifications during their time at the school. Our unique system allows students to pass various certification exams by studying only during class time.
In addition, in order to foster rich human qualities such as gratitude, sincerity, and compassion, students lead a meaningful school life through interactions with other students at various events.

It is said that a person can experience three types of happiness in their lifetime.
The first is the happiness felt during infancy when we feel joy in the overwhelming love and affection we receive from our parents and those around us, and the second is the sense of well-being we feel as we grow and are able to do things on our own without the help of others.
The third happiness is the feeling of being moved by seeing the joy of someone you have done something useful for. I think this is the greatest happiness in life.
The field you are aiming for is one where you will make people happy, be grateful, and be deeply moved.

I would like to walk together with you all towards your individual dreams.
