National Cosmetology License (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare)
This is a qualification that is essential for working as a hairdresser. You need the knowledge (academic) and skills (practical) to pass the national qualification. It is possible to obtain a license by taking a hairdresser license course other than Department of Hairstylist or Department of Hairdesign & Makeup.
* Department of Total Beauty and Department of Esthetics can be acquired by taking the cosmetology license course at the same time.
