Step 2 My Page Registration

If you are applying online for the first time this academic year, you will need to register for My Page.

Access the online application page and select the "Receive notifications by email" button.

Please click on the URL in the "Temporary Registration Completion Notification" email that will be sent to the email address you entered to complete your registration.

Register your address, date of birth, and documents to be submitted.

出願期間内必着で、必要書類をお送りください。

マイページに記載されている提出書類を封筒に入れ、出願期間内に郵便局窓口から簡易書留、速達で下記の宛先まで郵送してください。
