Simple and timeless "Hashi-style" French cuisine. There's something about it that makes you want to go there on a special occasion.

We strive to create a relaxed atmosphere where customers can feel at ease. Located in a residential area, we offer a unique atmosphere and service, and aim to create dishes that convey a touch of kindness, without being limited by the concept of French cuisine, but rather with a free-spirited approach.
The concept of Bistro Hashi is to respond to customer requests as much as possible and to provide a relaxed dining environment for everyone, from small children to grandparents. We look forward to welcoming you.

A dream that could only be realized at Tsuji Gakuen

What is your most memorable experience during your time at Tsuji Gakuen?

I have fond memories of the training camp and sports festival, but the best thing is that I got along well with my homeroom teacher and other teachers! I am still friends with them to this day.

Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.

I still keep in touch with many of my classmates, and thanks to graduating from Tsuji Gakuen, I have connections with my peers, seniors, and juniors who are active at the forefront of their fields, as well as friends who have gone on to different paths but with whom I still keep in touch. I am truly glad that I graduated from Tsuji Gakuen, and I am looking forward to meeting new juniors.

A message to high school students aiming to work in the cooking and confectionery fields

This is a warm-up exercise before making your dreams come true. Please be open-minded and listen carefully to the teacher's instructions. After that, keep cherishing your dreams forever and meet good people. Your dreams will definitely come true! Do your best!
