A restaurant where you'll meet smiling faces. Explore Chinese cuisine with Torai.
Customers often ask me, "Is this Sichuan cuisine?"
My previous job was as a lecturer at Tsuji Gakuen Cooking and Confectionery College, so I am not limited to the commonly known categories of "Sichuan cuisine," "Beijing cuisine," "Cantonese cuisine," or "Shanghai cuisine," but rather I focus on the ingredients and use the most suitable cooking methods to deliver the most delicious food to my customers.

I was able to work hard with my friends at events such as after-school and before-class practice, training camps, and sports competitions.
Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.
Even after graduation, there are many seniors and juniors, so it often becomes a conversation starter.
