Originally from Kyoto! Taiho's specialty "Teridon" and authentic Sichuan cuisine are loved by people of all ages and genders at this Chinese restaurant.
The most distinctive feature of Sichuan cuisine is its "mala" flavor. This refers to the numbing sensation of Japanese pepper and the spiciness of chili peppers. Sichuan chili peppers come in a wide variety, from sweet to spicy and fragrant. Taiho is particular about these different levels of spiciness, and personally inspects spices such as Japanese pepper and chili peppers in Sichuan Province, China, to select only the best.
Truly delicious Sichuan cuisine is not just spicy, but also has a rich flavor and aroma that is the essence of the dish. Please enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine to your heart's content.

What is your most memorable experience during your time at Tsuji Gakuen?
The rigorous training that took place at the Hiruzen training camp at the time left a lasting impression on me. I still use that experience in the field today.
Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.
Even after graduation, students, both men and women, remain strongly connected to the school.
A message to high school students aiming to work in the cooking and confectionery fields
People often say that cooking is hard and takes a long time, but in reality, there are many more fun aspects to it than that.
For example, you can definitely eat more delicious food than if you worked at a regular company, and you can make people happy by cooking delicious food. First, I think that by being happy and then cooking delicious food, you can make everyone happy.
