The thoughts that our school values
About Nagoya Medical Secretary, Welfare & IT College
Founded in Nagoya City in 1987. We train medical office staff, medical record managers, registered pharmaceutical salespeople, nursery teachers, kindergarten teachers, care workers, web designers, and more. We are proud of our high track record of qualification acquisition and high employment rate. The number of qualifications acquired per student at our school is up to 16 types. Furthermore, our pass rate is higher than the national average. Our employment rate has remained high at over 98% for over 15 years.
What supports these achievements is our school's unique educational system, in which one teacher provides guidance throughout the entire process from enrollment to employment.
Another attractive feature is the personal guidance given by experienced, veteran instructors and homeroom staff who care for each and every student. In addition to studying for qualifications and employment, the school is full of events that allow students to enjoy student life to the fullest, making it a fun place to learn and a school that will help you find employment.
Educational philosophy: "Harmony of skills and mind"
Sanko Gakuen has been in operation for over 40 years since its opening in 1985.
We have developed our education based on the educational philosophy of "harmony between skills and mind."
Here, with the goal of producing many professionals who are beneficial to society, we define a beneficial professional as someone who has sufficient specialized knowledge and skills, who continues to research and refine their skills on a daily basis in order to flexibly respond to an ever-changing society, and who has a firmly established sense of mission as a professional, and we are committed to providing an education that fosters rich-hearted humanity.
Our school also upholds the educational philosophy of "harmony between skills and heart," and we believe that by not only studying knowledge and techniques but also providing an education that enhances humanity, we can produce talented people who will truly contribute to society.

Educational philosophy: Harmony of skills and mind
We aim to develop strong and resilient human resources.
Nagoya College of Medical Secretary Welfare & IT trains specialists in the fields of medicine, welfare and childcare.
There are two main features of our school.
The first is that our experienced instructors teach the best curriculum to help students acquire skills, knowledge, and qualifications.
The second is that we place emphasis on education that enhances the humanity of students so that they can immediately contribute to society.
After graduating from a vocational school, a life in the workforce in a specialized field awaits. To get there, you need solid knowledge. Also, obtaining a qualification to demonstrate that knowledge is a great advantage when looking for employment. For that reason, our school offers a wide range of exam weeks (special classes) and supplementary lessons for obtaining qualifications, creating an environment with a high pass rate.
Another important thing in the workplace is humanity. For that reason, we have a homeroom teacher system that can grasp the characteristics of each individual. In addition, the entire school works on basic life habits such as greetings, punctuality, and reporting (reporting, contacting, and consulting), and we develop attractive and ready-to-work human resources.
