What is your most memorable experience during your time at Tsuji Gakuen?

Meeting people. 50 years ago, the chef license was implemented, and I realized that from now on, I would need a license.

I met people from different fields and gained knowledge about the food and beverage industry. I also taught at Sakuya Konohana High School.
