Kaiseki/Kaiseki cuisine: A luxurious time to enjoy the food prepared right in front of you

This is a kaiseki and kappo restaurant that opened in Takarazuka in 2010.
The Japanese cuisine at Takarazuka Shibata recreates the changing of the seasons on a tray, allowing you to enjoy it. The ingredients change, the tableware is replaced, and the setting changes throughout the four seasons. Sometimes you can enjoy a taste of the seasons ahead of time.
Please come and experience the Japanese aesthetics that exist there.

A dream that could only be realized at Tsuji Gakuen

What is your most memorable experience during your time at Tsuji Gakuen?

No matter how many times I tried, I never got it right during the restaurant internship, but one memorable moment was when I received praise from a customer for the dish we made together with my classmates during our final restaurant internship.

Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.

As it is a school with a long history, there are many alumni who are active in all types of cooking.
As a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen, many seniors have been kind to me and have given me a lot of cooking knowledge.

A message to high school students aiming to work in the cooking and confectionery fields

Please do your best to do the things that you can only do now. Tsuji Gakuen has many wonderful teachers who will carefully teach you what you need to do now, so please enroll with peace of mind.
I think you will be able to have a very fulfilling school life.
