For High School Teachers

TEACHER

In recent years, in an era of universal university admission, the importance of vocational schools where students can acquire specialized qualifications and skills that are directly linked to employment has been increasing.
I don't know how to decide my future career...
I don't know what's right for me...
At career guidance sessions and other events, many high school students come across the same concerns.
When we wondered if there was anything we could do to help students choose their future paths, we decided that what our school could do was to provide them with information.

About our school's initiatives

At our school, we place importance on the idea of "always looking back and providing the best for students," and we regularly implement detailed improvement proposals. Here, we would like to introduce some of our school's efforts.

We are constantly reviewing and improving our education to provide the best possible experience to our students. We have established a system that allows us to quickly grasp what our students and the world want and reflect that information in our classes.

Aiming to provide better educational services,We are taking on various initiatives.

  1. Steps

    Gathering student feedback

    Survey of graduates

This is a survey of students graduating from the school, asking about areas for improvement and what they felt was good about their classes and school life.

    Survey on class progress

Current students are asked to express their satisfaction with each and every class.
We create a questionnaire for each instructor and use it to improve our classes.

  2. Steps

Suggestions for improving classes to meet student needs

    Conducting subject meetings

This is a meeting held once a month where teachers who teach the same subject meet to regularly discuss the current progress of lessons and areas for improvement.

    All lecturers meeting

This is a meeting where all instructors gather to discuss students' situations and classes and share information.

  3. Steps

    Amendment

    Curriculum and syllabus revision

We review and improve our curriculum every year to meet the needs of the world and our students.

    Original lessons

In order to improve students' basic social skills, we have adopted programs similar to those used in corporate training.
Example: Cultivating basic skills for working life! SANKO Future Design Program

  1. point

    qualification

Even if you have no knowledge, you can pass the exam with careful instruction.

Acquire 10 or more items per person

At our 11 schools nationwide, students can acquire more than 10 qualifications in the medical administration and pharmaceutical general department and Department of Medical Office Assistant, including not only specialized qualifications but also qualifications that will enhance their secretarial skills.

    Educational collaboration with junior colleges

In Department of Medical Nursery, through educational collaboration with the junior college's correspondence education department, it is possible to acquire a "childcare worker qualification," a "kindergarten teacher's license type 2," and a "social welfare officer qualification."

Upon graduation, students will be eligible to take the national certification exam for a care worker and will be exempt from the practical exam.

Our school is accredited by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a training school for care workers, so students in Department of Care Worker can become eligible to take the national certification exam for a care worker upon graduation.

  2. point

    Practical training

Improve your skills through an intensive program focused on the workplace

A comprehensive training program for each department

Each department offers a variety of practical training sessions to help students acquire knowledge and skills that will be useful in the workplace.

  3. point

    Consistency

From enrollment to employment, the homeroom teacher is in charge without division of labor

At our school, we do not divide the work into different parts, from admission to employment, and each teacher is in charge of the entire process. By being involved with each student from start to finish, we can look after all aspects of their lives.
When students advance to the next grade, all teachers will share the status of their class and discuss supplementary lessons for those who have not yet acquired credits. As much as possible, we believe in the students' abilities and take the time to teach them so that they can advance to the next grade.
The human education we place great importance on is to uncover students' potential and help them realize their dreams.
We also support you in finding employment, changing jobs, and improving your skills after graduation.
