Three points that support learning and growth

POINT

POINT 1Curriculum that develops human skills

  1. support

We foster the ability to think for oneself and take concrete action.Active learning

Classes emphasize discussion and group work, nurturing students' ability to think and act independently. There are also many opportunities to make public presentations.

  2. support

Students will learn how to think of solutions and take action on their own to achieve their goals.Future Design Program

You will learn how your daily actions at school will be useful in the future, practice know-how to enrich your life, and learn the mindset to succeed in society.

  3. support

Students will naturally acquire proper manners through daily life and classes.Business etiquette and presentations

We focus on teaching the use of honorific language and business etiquette, which are essential for working adults, and this is put to good use during job interviews and other similar situations.

POINT 2Support system to support student life

  1. support

    Counseling by specialized staff

In addition to the instructors who teach the classes, a "psychological counselor" will work with each student to think through their problems and worries and help them find the direction they should take in the future.
The specialized counseling room on campus ensures that the privacy of not only the content of consultations but also personal information is strictly maintained, so you can rest assured.

    Mr. Tomozawa,School Counselor

Counseling sounds like something serious, doesn't it? But it's not like that at all! (^O^)/

Counseling sounds like a very formal experience, doesn't it? But it's not like that at all! (^O^)/ If you have something that's bothering you, or you're wondering what to do about it... (/_;)

Why don't you come and talk to me about anything, no matter how small? You can see your face in the mirror, right? But you can't see your heart. So, in order to see that invisible heart, you need someone to act as a mirror. When you're worried, you don't know, but the answer is inside you. You just can't see it. If you'd like, please come and talk to me (*^^)v

  2. support

    Support from senior students

Immediately after enrolling, new students will meet a senior student (orientation instructor) in addition to their homeroom teacher who will talk to them about their future student life, internships, and employment opportunities during the start-up program.

The Orientation Trainer team is made up of volunteers who use their own experience to provide a variety of support activities to help first-year students get off to a smooth start in their school life.

POINT 3 My Growth Story

Every time I tried something new, I found many places where I belonged within the school! I learned the joy of connecting with people at this school.

Me before entering school

I have a fear of large groups
I wanted to overcome it!

I didn't fit in with large groups of people, and I was anxious about being in a department with a lot of girls, but after talking to upperclassmen at the open campus, I also had hope that "maybe I can change."

First year

Growth in the first year

I wonder if I can do it too.
And I took on the challenge of committee activities.

Being asked by my teacher to be a class leader was a turning point. I also became an open campus staff member, and by taking on this challenge, I was able to expand my network of contacts.

2nd and 3rd year

Me now

Every time I connect with people
I feel my perspective has broadened.

This year, I also took on the challenge of being an orientation leader to support new students! Before entering university, my understanding of relationships was limited to those within my class, but by taking that first step with courage, my world has expanded.

Understanding the other person's feelings
We want to give our patients peace of mind.

For me, this school was a place for developing my skills as a working adult. I learned not only academics, but also the joy of interacting with people and the importance of teamwork. Although I cannot provide treatment like a doctor, I want to use my experiences at school to become someone who can empathize with patients' worries and anxieties.
