The Orientation Trainer team is made up of volunteers who use their own experience to provide a variety of support activities to help first-year students get off to a smooth start in their school life.

I didn't fit in with large groups of people, and I was anxious about being in a department with a lot of girls, but after talking to upperclassmen at the open campus, I also had hope that "maybe I can change."
Being asked by my teacher to be a class leader was a turning point. I also became an open campus staff member, and by taking on this challenge, I was able to expand my network of contacts.
This year, I also took on the challenge of being an orientation leader to support new students! Before entering university, my understanding of relationships was limited to those within my class, but by taking that first step with courage, my world has expanded.
For me, this school was a place for developing my skills as a working adult. I learned not only academics, but also the joy of interacting with people and the importance of teamwork. Although I cannot provide treatment like a doctor, I want to use my experiences at school to become someone who can empathize with patients' worries and anxieties.
