I want to make sweets that impress me too.
The sweets at Patisserie Curi are made with fresh ingredients, science, inspiration, and a love for sweets. This is the perfect moment when the owner chef, staff, and customers connect with each other.
The Napoli Choux (top right in the photo) is the chef's pride and joy, a crisp choux pastry filled with plenty of vanilla bean custard!
Also, enjoy the extremely popular Chef Kurihara's special pudding (pictured above left), which brings out the best in the high-quality ingredients, offering an enchanting taste.

The fact that everyone worked hard together to prepare the graduation meal (result: Principal's Award)
Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.
It's a connection. He introduced me to the place where I trained, and that's how I got to where I am today. He was also available to give me advice on various things while I was training.
A message to high school students aiming to work in the cooking and confectionery fields
It's a very rewarding job.
