Taste authentic Spanish cuisine

To ensure you can fully enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine...
Spanish cuisine varies greatly in taste and ingredients depending on the region, but our restaurant incorporates famous and delicious dishes from each region into our menu. We are particularly focused on paella, a rice dish from the Valencia region. We have participated in the annual paella competition held in Valencia for professional chefs every year, winning various awards including first place.
Come and taste our winning paella and other award-winning dishes.

A dream that could only be realized at Tsuji Gakuen

What is your most memorable experience during your time at Tsuji Gakuen?

The first time I made konnyaku was during the Hiruzen training camp that was being held at the time.

Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.

Being able to obtain a chef's license. Being able to major in a wide range of subjects that interest you.

A message to high school students aiming to work in the cooking and confectionery fields

It is not easy to acquire knowledge and skills while working. What you learn at school will be very useful in the future, so I hope you will work hard.
