Cod is a typical ingredient in Spanish cuisine. Hakodate, which was once a rich cod fishing ground, exported large quantities of cod to the Basque region of Spain. It could be said that Hakodate supported Spanish cuisine through cod. What is your most memorable experience during your time at Tsuji Gakuen?
While I was in school, I was able to experience a variety of jobs through school introductions and other means. I was able to learn a lot about customer service and cooking at an izakaya, a Western restaurant, a fish shop, and a bar. Those experiences are useful in my current job, interacting with people and cooking.
Please tell us an episode that made you glad to be a graduate of Tsuji Gakuen.
At Tsuji Gakuen, I was able to learn the basics of cooking in general, including Western, Japanese, Chinese, and confectionery. Now I prepare meals, dishes, and desserts, so it was great.
