Support System

Under this system, loans are made to students while they are studying at training facilities such as vocational schools, and after graduating, students are exempt from repaying the funds if they work as a care worker for the period set by the prefecture in which they received the loan.

Loan conditions

  1. ①Loan limit: Up to 50,000 yen per month (up to 200,000 yen can be loaned separately as a reserve fund at the time of enrollment and graduation)
  2. ② Loan interest: Interest-free
Loans from prefectural social welfare councils, etc. → Students aiming to work in welfare or nursing care → Enroll → Nursing care worker/social worker training facility: Tuition funds are loaned throughout the student's time at the facility. If students find employment in welfare or nursing care within one year of graduation, they can continue to work in welfare or nursing care for five years → Full exemption from repayment of borrowed tuition funds. If students find employment in another industry or change jobs midway through the year → Repayment of borrowed tuition funds.
