Marmite

Western food

Return to list

Marmite hot pot is a Western-style hot pot dish served in a collagen-rich broth.

We use beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables to create a rich, flavorful broth that takes two days to prepare. We then add vegetables like cabbage and potatoes, along with homemade sausage, and serve it as a pot-au-feu. Its healthy and gentle flavor is popular with people of all ages and genders. Furthermore, you can enjoy a variety of flavor variations by using our five kinds of homemade condiments!
After the pot-au-feu, the meal concludes with a series of dishes served in small portions: soup pasta, then cheese fondue-style pasta, and finally risotto.
This is an original dish you can only find here! Please give it a try♪
