The creativity to listen to seasonal ingredients and express them to the fullest
It has been 33 years since the store opened in Kitashinchi, Osaka.
Since then, we have been committed to using only natural ingredients and serving dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and we welcome our customers with this in mind.
In addition to our chef's choice kaiseki cuisine, we also offer seasonal hotpot courses and soft-shelled turtle dishes. We create courses that take into consideration the balance and quantity of food to suit each guest, so that you can enjoy the flavors to the very last bite. Please let us know if you have any requests.
Received a star in the 2014 Michelin Guide for the third consecutive year.
